Tra Vinh ProvinceTrà Vinh is a province in southern part of Vietnam. The capital is Trà Vinh. Trà Vinh is mostly populated by the ethnic people called Khmer. They are partly members of the old Khmer Empire, later divided under political and historical turmoil.
