TRXTRX is a type of tyre and rim invented by Michelin in 1975. The tyre allowed a more even distribution of tension (TR stands for Tension Répartie (distributed tension)) and TRX tyres were used for high speed cars. However, the standard didn't catch on and nowdays they are rare. |
