TVT Records
TVT Records is an independent record label in the United States. The label was founded as Tee Vee Toons by Steve Gottlieb in 1985. The express purpose of the label at that time was to release Television's Greatest Hits, a series of recordings of American television theme songs. The label eventually began to distribute other music, particularly industrial music. The first releases of Nine Inch Nails were on the TVT label. Among TVT's most prolific artists are KMFDM, The Connells, Guided by Voices, Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz, Mic Geronimo, Esham, and Underworld.
