U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior & Related Agencies

The U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior and Related Agencies is one of twelve subcommittees of the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations. This subcommittee has jurisdiction over all Department of Interior discretionary spending, and other land management agencies in the Department of Agriculture and in the Department of Energy, as well as programs at the Department of Health and Human Services dealing with Native Americans. The subcommittee also oversees federal funding of cultural and historical agencies such as the Smithsonian Institution.
