Wagyu

Wagyu is a breed of cattle genetically predisposed to intense marbling, and produces a high percentage of oleaginous, unsaturated fat. In its most famous form, Wagyu beef is known as Kobe Beef when it is raised in the Kobe prefecture of Japan.
