Wenatchee Mountains

Wenatchee Mountains

The Wenatchee Mountains are a range of mountains in central Washington, USA that is a spur of the Cascade Range. The range forms part of the boundary between Chelan, Kittitas, and King Counties. The range runs from Blewett Pass at , to Stevens Pass at . The Stuart Range lies generally to the north of the Wenatchee Mountains, while the Teanaway River area lies to the southwest.

The Wenatchee Mountains are in the rain shadow of the main Cascade Range and hence have fewer trees. This comparative lack of trees offers good wildflower displays and wide views of the Stuart Range and the Cascades.
