WMVY
WMVY (also available over the Internet at mvyradio.com or through iTunes) is a community-oriented adult album alternative radio station based in the town of Tisbury, Massachusetts on the island of Martha's Vineyard, operating on the 92.7 frequency. Despite the Martha's Vineyard origin, MVY is widely listened to in both southeastern Massachusetts (particularly Cape Cod) and the area around Newport, Rhode Island (the latter thanks to a translator station on 96.5 FM). Thanks to the Internet, WMVY also has a fairly widespread online listenership.
