W. Pete Cunningham

William Pete Cunningham is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's one hundred seventh House district, including constituents in Mecklenburg county. A real estate investor from Charlotte, North Carolina, Cunningham is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his ninth term in the state House.

Cunningham worked with Robert F. Williams and the Monroe County chapter of the NAACP in the 50s and 60s.
