WWE No Way Out is an annual WWE event, which started in 1998, excluding 1999. As of 2004, No Way Out is a Smackdown exclusive pay-per-view event.
1998 This event was held on February 15, 1998 in Houston, Texas - The Headbangers defeated Marc Mero & Goldust

- Bradshaw defeated Jeff Jarrett by disqualification. Jeff Jarrett retained his NWA North American Championship
- Ken Shamrock, Ahmed Johnson, Chainz, 8-Ball and Skull defeated The Nation of Domination
- Kane defeated Vader
- Stone Cold Steve Austin, Owen Hart, Cactus Jack and Charlie Chainsaw def. Triple H, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg and Savio Vega
2000 This event was held on February 27, 2000 in Hartford, Connecticut - Kurt Angle defeated Chris Jericho to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship

- Big Show defeated The Rock
- Triple H defeated Cactus Jack to retain the WWE Championship in a Hell in a Cell Match
2001 This event was held on February 25, 2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada - Big Show defeated Raven to win the WWE Hardcore Championship
- Chris Jericho defeated Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and X-Pac to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship
- Stephanie McMahon defeated Trish Stratus
- Triple H defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in a 3 Stages of Hell Match (First fall was singles won by Stone Cold, second fall was a Street Fight won by Triple H and third fall was a Cage Match also won by Triple H)
