Xavier BertrandXavier Bertrand (born March 21, 1965 in Châlons-sur-Marne, Marne) is a French politician. He is a member of the UMP party.On June 16, 2002 he was elected deputy (2002-2007). On March 31, 2004, he was chosen Secretary of State for the health insurance in the third government of Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
