Xepher

Going by the motto 'Free Hosting for Free Thinkers', Xepher.net is a free hosting service for web comics. Unlike Keenspace Xepher offers a full range of services (php, MySQL, etc) with each hosting account, but membership can only be obtained by applying on Xepher's forums and proving one has the right level of content creation skill and commitment to provide a worthwhile site. Xepher's thriving community forums provide support and exposure to its members. Sites hosted on Xepher are not required to display any commercial ads but do share possible donation income with Xepher's owner.
