XLRI Programmes use state-of-the-art ideas, pedagogical tools, and technologies to address the needs of business and communities, facing challenges posed by the globalization of the Indian economy. Besides the Postgraduate Programmes in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Business Management, Doctoral Programmes, and the Business Management Evening Programme, XLRI has also a 3-year Executive Postgraduate Programme, which is designed to facilitate experiential learning and the transfer of learning into practice through assignments on current organizational problems.
