Zombie love
Zombie Love
song
The Haze Written in 2005, this song represents the future music genre of "Love in the Afterlife". Written by the mysterious and elusive band, The Haze it is an irrefutable account of a zombie outbreak which has swamped the normally peaceful (oh irony...) country of Northern Ireland - most notably Belfast
Zombie Sue, what's a human supposed to do?
Inspired by Dawn of the Dead and other gore fuelled zombie romps, the lyrics reflect the inner gap where a soul should be in a zombie. The song itself brings up many aspects of society which need to be considered - does a zombie really love you? Is it your half brother or just a walking-talking corpse? What would you do if this really happened? Is a shopping centre like Castlecourt really a good place to hide, especially when there is no Tescos and the only source of food is Paul Rankin's cafe and their prices would make the Queen think twice?
